Easy install, hope for reliability.
Part was delivered quickly, at a good price, and was an easy install. It took longer to empty the freezer than to remove the old and install the new. My only hope is that this part will last longer than the previous 2 icemakers. Bought the refrigerator new in July of 2020 and this is the 3rd icemaker!

It Technically Works
It was fairly straight forward to install. It did not fix my ice problem though. My fridge still just shoots straight water into the ice tray after making ice and turning everything to a solid block of ice. I have a new ice tray thing that technically works. But, I still can't use ice from my fridge. So, if you don't have the same problem as me and just need to replace your ice tray this will work.

Replacing ice maker doesn't fix the ice maker
Was easy enough to install but water is still pouring directly into our ice bucket, making clumps of ice cubes. This refrigerator is only 3-1/2 years old. Very disappointing.
