somewhat easy to install
it took about 27mns to replace the parts. it's very easy but make sure you remember the spot of some screws because there is a lot of them

Very Easy to install
This was a very simple repair - took me less than 15 minutes to take the door apart, install the new panel, and assemble things back together. Trickiest part was removing the circuit board to be able to swap the old with the new, but it was really as simple as removing about 12 screws and unplugging the old and plugging in the new. As easy as plugging a lamp into an outlet.

Fixed problem and was easy to install
Circuit boards popped off the old panel and on to the new control panel in just a few minutes it was back together and working great.

Easy fix for control buttons replacement
All I needed was the control button ribbon, and this part was the entire plastic cover for the top part which was more than I needed, and the ribbon by itself is not something I was able to find as a stand alone replacement part, so I may have paid too much. That's why only 4 stars. Aside from that, this was an easy fix. Even the wife noted how few 4 letter words were used during the install. Quite certain I saved a couple hundred bucks on a service call, so very pleased with that. Part arrived quickly, well packaged, undamaged. Dishwashers been working great for two weeks now. Very pleased!

Hard to get...easy to install
The dishwasher would not start but a few lights on the touch panel illuminated. Replaced the touch panel and problem solved. Easy Installation...remove screws and connectors. The nightmare was getting the part. Looked at 5-6 websites including Sears Parts Direct, all said the part was on backorder. Decided to reach out to Sears Parts Direct anyway. Not able to talk with a human but only chat online. After asking twice, the person I chatted with assured me that the part was in stock and would ship within 3 days or sooner. Thus, I purchased it online. 5 days later, I received an email saying the part was back-ordered. 3 days after the 1st backorder notice, I received another. I never was notified the part had shipped. I had to call Sears on a special number to find out the status. They could not email the tracking number which was stupid. I finally received the part 15 days after ordering it. I could saved $30 purchasing the part from another supplier.
