Super easy install
Took less then 10 minutes to install just remove the plastic grill in from slide into the grooves under fridge and put grill back on.

Horrible service, parts and emails
Once again series came through with ultimate failures. This part was canceled months ago and yet every week I continue to receive harassing emails that it was on back order even with multiple times of going on their website to chat boxes and requesting them to stop filling my email with back order emails. Then all of a sudden one day the item shows up long after I was refunded and promised that I would not receive any more harassing emails. Now I have a worthless part for my refrigerator that I no longer own. Way to go sears-
