Incorrect part shipped what a hasssle
I am very disappointed in Sears. I ordered the part thinking that your customer service knew what they were doing. The part came and it wasn't even for the model of trash compacter that I have . I have returned the part and should get full credit. What I found out is that you no longer have this part in stock. Why couldn't the first REP tell me that. Now I have to go thru the hassle of getting credit back for my transaction. I have been a sears customer for 40 years. It is so unfortunate that you had to remove your stores. I will still utilize this outlet for repair items. Hopefully you REP's will make better judgment calls the Next time
