Excellent replacement part. Easy to install but it takes time to remove if you don't want to break the microwave inner door frame. A lot of times the inner door frame gets broken during removal so you can install this latch behind it. You might be wondering why I took out 2 stars. It's because it's very expensive for an all plastic part that'll you'll end up breaking the inner door frame even if you're very careful in removing it. My advice is to 'Buy the inner door frame together with this latch'.

A bit tricky to install but got it done
The installation was ok but the frame you need to remove is just too flimsy and it broke so I had to pay $40 to get that other piece replaced. The part I gave it 5 Starts but the installation process is not good, be very careful removing that square frame or you will break it.

Easy to Install
Needed a new latch for my GE over the range microwave. The door would no longer stay close which caused the microwave not to work, I realize the latch was broke. Type in my model and ordered the part. Exactly what I needed to fix the door!

Relatively easy to install
Be very careful removing the frame around the microwave door, I cracked mine! Best to start at the hinge side.
