Some disassembly required
I did it by removing all the screws from the dash and the right side panel. Taking off the steering wheel and related components. Then you have to snake the old lift assembly out and install the new one. Be sure to order the bushings, cable release, rubber grip, and red center plug for the cable release

Installing new Deck Lift Kit
installation took a little over an hour to complete job start to finish. Including 2new blades Best to remove right side panel and gas tank

Not having a manual, deinstalling was challenging.
Once you figure out how to remove the old shaft, installing is much easier. Must remove the left side panel (sitting on the tractor's chair).
