I ordered a part with the help of the customer service representative at Sears Parts Direct. I gave him the make and model number. I paid quick shipping charges because it is very hot in south Louisiana. It was the incorrect part! I ordered the correct part by finding the correct part myself. I returned the incorrect part but am not being reimbursed for shipping even though the mistake was made by a Sears representative. I feel this does not give me any confidence in ordering my parts through Sears Parts Direct when I have to pay for Sear’s mistake!
