I ordered the part online and got a screen that showed my order was complete. The next day I got an email that said my order was incomplete. I needed the part, so I placed another order; when I finished, I got a screen that said my order was complete. The next day I got an email that said my order was incomplete. I waited a day and planned to call the toll-free number, but before I did, two parts arrived via UPS. So I paid for two parts and two separate shipping fees when I only needed one part. I've been a Sears customer for over fifty years, but now I will never buy another Kenmore appliance or set foot in a Sears store; this was just the icing on the cake of shoddy appliances and worthless customer service. If I have to, I'll use Sears Parts Direct again, but only because it's the only way to procure the necessary parts.
