EASY
Very Easy to install this tiny piece of plastic. Not sure why it was not included the the sprayer part it attaches to. I found out I needed this part to install the sprayer which I ordered a week before. I also question why it cost $20.01 for an item that is worth 2 to 3 cents. I am glad that I am still under Warranty.

The Good and the Bad
Good, Once figured out how to replace/install - pretty easy to install - all from inside of washer.. Good: As usual, Searshad the best priceI could find. Bad: Even at Sear' price it is ridiculously expensive. $20 for a tiny little plastic part. Bad: When I finally figured how to access the part, the old part appeared to be in good shape, you just have to open it up to replace, you can't just snap it in from the outside. Probably came apart from hitting a dish. Installed new part just to be as sure as possible the thing is fixed. Bottom line, make sure old part is really broken vbefore ordering an expensive new one
