Have the right tools and take the time to do it ri
Not difficult to install, but you have to be careful to have it exactly in place and all the way on. The clamps supplied were not nearly as good as those picture, but were probably easier to use. They did the job. The hard part was getting the original clamps off. Had to cut them off with a Dremel tool and small metal cutting disc. Be sure to place the clamps so thier screws will be accessible to a long handled phillips screw driver and a 1/4" socket on a long extension.

It worked.
The part took two days to arrive just like Amazon and was competetively priced with what was offered on Amazon. The only thing I did not like was that the hose clamps shown in the description did not match what was sent. It came with regular worm gear adjustable clamps instead of the adjustable T-Bolt shown. It worked, so I guess its OK. Also, it would be nice if it came with some directions on how to remove the existing OEM Pex Pinch clamp. I found a video that showed how to remove it without cutting it, so that worked out too.

Part was back ordered for weeks
Part was back ordered several weeks and I never received an actual date as to when it would ship. When I received the part, one of the hose clamps that came with it was broken and I still have not been able to install the part. Contacted customer service and they corrected the issue by sending me a replacement clamp. Still haven't received the clamp. Dish washer has been broken for months!!!

Great choice when it's your Only Choice
The part was fine and the guy on the phone was fine. I think the cost of the part and shipping were pretty outrageous. We searched the internet and couldn't find the part anywhere else. $65 for a little piece of rubber definitely hurt the wallet but they leave the consumer no choice.

Part works as described. Price was lower than most places elsewhere online. My beef is the shipping cost at $11.99. I ordered my part and expected it to arrive UPS two days later as described per my receipt. Then, the evening it was supposed to arrive, I received an email saying it would arrive the following day. It did. Excessive amount for shipping when it doesn't arrive as described.
