Repair broken end cap

Right end cap broke several years ago and replaced, now the left broke. Replacement is a better design and should last. Install involves taking the front cover off to gain access to the front roller, then taking the end cap off and installing the new. Must make sure you install adjusting the tension of the belt using the end cap adjustments. Make sure you don't over tighten the belt. Take your time and follow step by step directions, also suggest you review the owners manual for proper belt adjustment.

Improved Treadmill End Caps

I replaced both end caps with improved end caps that had a metal insert to provide additional durability after the plastic in one of the end caps broke around the adjuster screw.
