Had no choice
The deck spindle on my Craftsman 8400 Pro Series needed to be replaced. The old spindle took a five point star blade. Craftsman changed it so now it will only work with a six point star blade. I had no choice but to buy this blade. So sad Craftsman did not stay with OEM.

Good product, but expensive
Thought they were a bit expensive. After I ordered them, I found another source at a much lower price. Other than that, the items look okay and delivery was fast.

Hard to use
Trying to order a part took more than an hour. People were courteous but not knowledgeable. The choices on the phone were confusing and nothing seemed to be what I needed. Consequently I had to try several of them before I got help. The system of having to apply for my refund is ridiculous. Instead of just taking it off the retail price I had to go to another site and request it which was very trying because the prompts were confusing and I had to get help to be able to show my computer receipt. All very confusing, detailed and anxiety ridden.

Wrong part sent
Ordered correct part. Warehouse shipped wrong blades. Could not get shipping label emailed to me after three long phone calls. Small project turned into forever. Still have wrong blades.

mower blades, install and use
fairly easy to install using mower lift jack. Cuts pretty good but are showing signs of wear after just three or four mowing's. will have to replace again before mowing season is over. I don't have tools/equipment to re-sharpen the blades. replacement blades are difficult to find even at dealers that sell Craftsman mowers. Best to just order from Sears.
