WORKS GREAT!
I was able to keep my 15-year old mower running with this part. It was simple to install and now my mower works great. The hardest part was removing the old cable assembly. Thanks Sears Parts!

Very easy to install
Easy to install because the handle came with the cable. It would have been cheaper to get just the cable but a little longer to put it all together.

Plastic Junk
Installed it and it worked fine. My son mowed the grass and it was broke again. Not spending another $60 for plastic that breaks that easy.

Perfect fit
This drive control fit perfectly, was easy to install and works great. You don't really think about how difficult it is to push a mower around to mow the lawn when you are used to front wheel drive doing all the work.

Control cable replacement
It was a challenge to remove the plastic snap-in cable stay; suggestions on the best way to do this would have been helpful. I used a Dremel to cut off the ends, then drilled on it, then muscled it out with needle-nose pliers. Otherwise, the installation was straightforward. Works as expected it should.
