Very easy to install, but packaging was a mess.
Installation was a drop in replacement. But the packaging was crushed and the small ice access door was cracked. I replaced it with the old one, which was also an easy job. This would have been unnecessary if the front of the item had been better protected.

Not Happy
When I received my ice container assembly it was NOT the correct one. I did order it online and did not talk to anyone at Sears. However I did put my model number in and the info did say it was compatible with my refrigerator. Well that information was incorrect and it cost me $148 to order the correct assembly counting the lost freight cost. The assembly itself looked fine just wrong size. The people I did talk to regarding my return and ordering the correct assembly were very nice and cooperative. Of course, that didn't help my pocketbook any.

Easy to install!
The part came as expected after being backordered for a little while. It was so easy. I took the old broken part out and placed the new one in it's place. It took less than a minute.

Didn't Fit
I needed new ice maker for fridge. Put in model number. Website said part would fit my fridge. Received the part and it didn't fit. Not even close. Then they charged me to send it back. Lesson learned.
