Part had manufacturing defect....wheels not level
Wheels on dishwasher rack were not level....two were higher than rest so rack wouldn't slide plus one missing. Returned unit.

Extremely disappointed
I thought I was purchasing the rack in the picture. But when it arrived, the rack I received has no tines at the rear to hold large plates. (The tines are in the picture!!!) This makes the rack useless for our purposes. Extremely disappointed. If I could give zero stars, I would. Will not purchase anything from this company unless they resolve the situation.

Installed a new rack to replace the rack that was corroded. Slide in and slide out.
