Old blade nuts were to worn to remove with a socke
It took a lot of time to remove old blade due to the shoulder bolt slipping and not holding in bolt hole - with two pair of vise grips I was able to remove old bolts = New blade when on in about 3 to 5 minute - Blade should be sold with replacement BOLTS included "not as I need to order new bolts to finish a simple job"

There is nothing wrong with the part.
The site was a bit cumbersome, in that pricing was not provided on a list next to the part numbers. One has to click to order, to reveal price. I would have ordered more parts, such as belts, bolts and spark plug...but quickly saw that at some point, I may as well just buy a new machine instead.
