Came with no directions and box not sealed.
We installed the part and it didn't work. After doing an intensive search on YouTube for microwave repairs, we were about it figure out that the unit had to have the door parts synchronized with the motor. The low profile Whirlpool microwave was not an easy fix. We had many redoes until it actually worked and put back in place. Final thought, we would probably buy a new one and get an extended warranty. Cannot leave the space above the stove empty and ugly.
