So great to be your own handyman!
Our cabin is a bit remote so when the element went out, I ordered it and Sears was so great to expedite shipping so it arrived before our next trip. My biologist whiz of a husband determined he needed to access to back in order to install, and identified the electrical connections. I flipped the breaker and we successfully made the electrical connections and reassembled the back cover and inside screws. A test run shows its working just great! Thank you Sears and GE.

A Grandma can do it, so can you!
I was a little concerned when my pkg arrived. Box had come open and there was no packing material or instructions. I searched appropriate the web & YouTube tutorials and watched several--good thing for that. Once I had the correct nut driver in hand, the installation was quite easy. I did need assistance from my husband to pull the stove out from the wall to get access to the connections. It was easy to disconnect the melted element and connect the new one. Remember to unplug or turn off the breaker. Could not remove all the residue from the melted element from the bottom of the oven.
