Received Damaged Circuit Board - Not Returnable
My Samsung VRT Steam washer will only run on one cycle. Not sure why, so I order a replacement Electronic Circuit Board. I received the part in a completely torn up box and one side of the board (where the screws hold the board in place) was broken. When I installed the new circuit board, the washer would not turn on - No power what so ever. I re-installed the old circuit board and the washer works again, but will only run the one cycle still... I logged in to return the part, and don't you know... It's Not Returnable. $165 down the drain... Will not order from this site again.
