I was a little confused
I ordered four belts (two different types) to repair my rototiller (I bought extras because these drive belts fail often). I received two separate packages two days apart. After receiving the first, I wondered if I had ordered correctly or if the order was correctly filled (as there was no messaging on the packages or an email to clarify that two packages were coming). Its a small thing, but a little more communication might help with customer awareness.

Tough to install!
Belts were stiff so I couldn't squeeze belts between frame and the pulley. After unsuccessfully trying to remove the drive belt pulley, I ended up removing a couple of bolts off the frame so I could remove old belts and replace with the new belts. It was a process, but I manged to reassemble and get my rotor tiller running smoothly.
