Right model number, wrong knob
This knob is the exact same model as the ones on our current stove, however, the opening is different and is too large to fit. Our stove is around 12 years old so I'm assuming they have changed something about our model since then but it's pretty frustrating to have a perfectly working stove missing 1 knob and not being able to replace it.

The. knob did not fit.
The knob did not fit.. The hole in the knob was too big. I ordered the knob from Sears parts after consulting the paperwork that came with the stove. It was model number 790. There were no other numbers listed. Either the knob was faulty or they sent the wrong size.

Right part
Funny - I order 2 stove knobs, got them and they were the right part. I also got something I didn't order. 2 phone calls to try and return it - both times the line went dead. Oh well I tried... it will go in the trash.
