The worst- but it from Amazon!!!
The worst situation possible. They shipped me an empty box two times in a row. I called both times and got no-where. The part was long, sharp, and heavy (steering shaft) and packaged poorly and found its way outside the boxes. I ended up buying it from Amazon. Got the part the first time and at 1/4 of the cost. No wonder Sears is out of business.

Package was empty
Package came later than expected with an empty plastic bag that was supposed to contain the washer for my mower! Although the customer rep reordered the part for me, he said it was not possible to expedite shipping at no expense, even though the error was theirs, which I thought was the least they could do. So lawn will go over a month without being mowed.
