The item consists of 2 parts: the plastic rail, and the metal rod that goes inside it. You have to pre-measure and cut both: the rail with saw, and the rod with rotary tool. Once done, the installation itself is easy, and new part looks identical to the original.

Although the refrigerator model number was entered and parts ordered, first I was told the 3 rails were back-ordered and arrived 1-2 weeks later. Then, I saw that instead of original metal, they are now plastic with a metal rod - maybe it'll be stronger, so not necessarily bad. Last, but most important, the new parts need to be trimmed with a hacksaw to fit. It turns out I need new end-caps too, so new order just made and door shelf rail is still not repaired.

Side rails were too ling

I have to hire somebody to cut them to fit properly even though I ordered them specifically by model number. I'm elderly and alone. They were outrageously expensive and now I have to pay to make them fit.
