Low standard quality bolt

While this is correct according to schematic. Bolt grade is to low and is the cause of baffle failure due to bolt head grinding off. Baffle tjen falls and is hit by mower blade. Damage is beyond repair. Recommend taking old one in and getting a grade 8 or higher carrage bolt as replacement.
