This was the second replacement for a broken drawer on my Kenmore refridgerator. The first one I ordered cam more broken than the one I had to replace. This one took a long time to get but it is not broken so I hope it will last. It is made poorly but it is what it is and other drawers do not fit.

what I ordered

July 19, 2021|toughcritic, new York, New York

the original drawer was broken on the side shelf. Although i taped it , it was only a matter of time before it needed to be replaced. unfortunately all of the plastic shelves are fragile and have needed to be replaced. A more solid material would be preferable especially at the cost of replacements

Delivered damaged product

September 05, 2026|Chris, San Diego, CA 92103

The refrigerator drawer I ordered arrived with a large broken piece at the bottom of the drawer, There was no damage to the shipping container, so my guess is that it was shipped with the damage already existing. When I went to return the item on the Sears Parts Direct website, It would not allow a return. I am desputing the charge with my credit card company as there is no way to contact a human being with this organization. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
