real OEM part
the LG fridge was cheap and the shelf is made of very lightweight plastic. It broke from overloading. Now that we know the limits we'll be more careful. That said, the replacement part was reasonably priced with shipping included.

save the day again
needed a new shelf for my semi new LG refrigerator in the middle of this supply slow down.....sears parts direct said boy they would try but its all on back order and would be some time .....well out of the blue my perfect replacement arrives in what felt like a week and what a great surprise for us again thank you for all your efforts

Easy to replace
It was easy to replace this one in place of the original that had the plastic frame broken. Perfect fit. Came with good packing so no damage. Just not sure why a plastic frame is on a shelf that will have weight on it

Very easy to install
30 seconds to remove old one and install new one. Initial shelf arrived broken (corner of plastic border broken off). This is the 7th shelf I've had to replace for this refrigerator. Each time the plastic surround breaks/fractures. Probably the result of design defects in that thickness/strength of plastic can't withstand cold temperatures. The plastic surrounds aren't moveable parts nr subject to misuse or abuse. They've just up and break for no apparent reason.

Exactly what I needed
This shelf is the perfect fit. It took much longer to remove all of the groceries off the shelf than to replace the shelf. Literally one of the easiest 'repairs' I've done this year. It was super easy to find what I needed too. I had the model number of the fridge and this part came right up.

Kids broke my shelf, I ordered a new one, took longer than they said to arrive fir the $25 price tag for shipping. But it's in the fridge doing its job.
