Saved $450 - minimum!!! Had to replace my Kenmore Elite clothes washer's ECB. Repair estimate was between $650-$850. Independent repairman recommended I buy a new washer because the ECB was going to cost about $375. Went online and quickly found the part. Made sure it matched and the outcome was very successful! Installation was a snap. (I'm again my wife's hero!) The entire experience was wonderful except for one thing; slow delivery. According to the order details, the part was identified and moved to shipping the following morning (reasonable since it was after 5:00 on the east coast when ordered the part). It took about a week for the part to arrive in Los Angeles from Alabama(?) It took over a day to get out the door of the warehouse. I'd like to see faster shipping if the part is over a certain value threshold. The ECB was $223 with tax. Frequently online retailers include free or upgraded shipping if the order is over a certain value threshold. Otherwise this would be a 5-star rating. Overall, Well Done Sears!!
