Problem installing the glass window
The tabs that hold the glass window in place do not allow room to just slip it in place. I had to cut 4 of the bottom tabs ( the 2 closest to each end ). Then I was able to flex the plastic bottom enough to get the glass to drop down into place. There are no instructions for this installation and I read nothing about this problem in the reviews. I did receive the part very quickly, in fact a week sooner than the expected date.

No instructions
I was told by the order taker on the phone that the part would include complete easy to follow instructions. I did not find any instructions and found it very difficult to install this part.

Easy to install
It is just the plastic outer door frame. You re-use handle, glass & inner frame. Screws on right and tabs on left. Easy to install with microwave still mounted

Easy to install, looks like new.
Easy to install, looks like new. A little pricey at just over $100, but way cheaper than buying a new micro/hood unit. And I wish I had been able to get the almond color instead of black (but no longer available) -- it still sort of matches with the cook-top.

Experience could have been a little better
Some kind of instruction on how to silicone glass and inner bezel would have been helpful. The two bottom screw holes were slightly off location to the actual threaded holes in metal door frame. had to squeeze the two together pretty firmly to get the screws to bite. Overall finished repairlooks great.

This part fit my microwave perfectly
This part saved the cover of my installed hanging microwave. Made the microwave look like new once installed. Easy to install. Did need glue to add one part from old door to new door, but overall with great purchase!
