Particle board on the back of our refrigerator went bad. I received the material in a timely manner and it was easy to install.

It was shipped timely and looks nice, BUT...
I spent an hour trying to determine why the screw holes didn't line up. I finally realized the insulation was inadvertently glued to the outside rather than the inside. It's worthless to me. I ordered another one from a different vendor. I'll contact Sears Parts Direct as soon as the Memorial Day weekend is over. Note the location of the screw holes.

did NOT fit my refrigerator
This did NOT fit my refrigerator and I did order the right part. It was a new "replacemtn" number for the old part. I had to spend 1+hr trying to make it work. It was overpriced and not worth my time trying to send it back to get a correct one.

Returned twice: foam glued to the wrong side
Ordered on 03/20/2021. Returned the 1st part I received because the foam was glued to the wrong side of the cardboard. New order on 3/30/2021, shipped 5/52021. Again the foam is glued to the wrong side of the cardboard. I'm still waiting for someone to call back. Need to send part back again.
