close but no cigar
the part was what we needed, but configured differently than the oem part. The associate that we reached by phone was clueless; leaving us to figure out a work-around ourselves. The tubing and connector included made the adaptation doable.

Easy to Install No Directions
The valve is simple io install but I went to YouTube to find details about how to ensure the tubes are properly seated after insertion to prevent leaking i.e. push it in firmly. Overall it was a 20 minute job including finding water shut off valve which for me was in the basement, and removing many small screws to access panel. You can find a cheaper valve but I'd rather buy a real OEM part rather than a questionable substitute.
