Completely wrong.
I was looking for replacement shelving for a refrigerator. I spoke with a woman on the phone who took my order. I gave her the model number of the refrigerator. She said the shelving she was ordering for me was for that model number. It wasn't. The shelving was for a completely different refrigerator. So disappointing.

Sent the wrong part AGAIN!!!!
I keep ordering the shelf list which is the bottom self in the fridge. They keep sending the rack shelf that splits for milk! Funny part is the shelf I ordered cost $26.00 the shelf they keep sending costs $90+! Every time I call in they say 'I will correct it!' and I just get the same wrong shelf over and over! No wonder Sears is going out of business all over! How hard is it to call the warehouse and get an inventory check???

Good replacement part.
The part was exactly what I ordered, and came very quickly. However, the brackets were slightly different from original, and didn't seem as robust. They were slightly bent causing the sliding shelf to not rest appropriately as designed. This was easily fixed by bending back into shape.
