Great Service and Prices

The drawer slide rails were exactly the part we needed to fix the freezer drawer. Found a video online that explain how to install the slides. The installation over all was pretty smooth. The old slides had deteriorated to point that drawer very tough to move and was out of alignment. The bearing were almost complete gone on both sides and it was cause some frost issues in the freezer. Now with the new slides the drawer moves like a new unit. Saved us lots of money in repair costs and honestly if we had not gotten if fixed we might have burned out the compressor. My only comment is that when I searched for my refrigerator model number on the Sears part site the part that it recommended would not have work with my unit. I went to the refrigerator manufacturer site and found the exact part number. I then return to the Sears site with that part number and got an exact match. Would highly recommend having the customers do that instead of trying to search by model number on the Sears site. The Sears part was a perfect match and cheaper than on the manufacturer site. We saved $120 buy the part from Sears and the deliver was quick. Thanks Sears for your service.

Easy but expensive

All I needed from this slide is the plastic spring-loaded component at the end of this contraption, the original slide catch broke off. I had to remove the new piece from the ordered part and slap it on to the original then replace all the trays. i wish I did not have to buy the whole thing.
