After losing the original chute gasket during a DIY 2007 riding mower blade/ pulley belt upgrade, the receipt of its replacement was greatly appreciated. It took mere days by mail to receive and the installation was done in less than 15 minutes; including the time to walk from our house to the shed and back again! Now there won't be any more grass clippings being thrown out onto me while cutting.

Simple replacement parts- strap and rubber gasket. Pliers to replace strap and no tools needed for the bagger gasket. Took ten mins. Only complaint is shipping cost. Parts were 21.49 - shipping was 9.99 + 2.29 tax. more than 50% cost of the parts.

Came soon after we ordered and was easy to install.

The gasket was the correct size and easy to install. A 5 minute job at best. I added four screws to attach the gasket to the plastic housing to prevent it from being lost again.

We could not find the part and called support. The helper we talked to was wonderful and stayed on the phone for a long time as we were searching for a minor part. He guided us all the way and finally we found what we needed because of his help. Thank you
