Got charged twice
I got charged twice for the same part and never got a receipt or anything for the second one. I was assured when I called that I was only charged for one but my bank account was charged for two.

Sears sent me the wrong product!
You've got to be kidding! Why is it that Sears can email me, but they never reply to me when I email them because they sent me the wrong product? Nor do they EVER answer their customer service phones. Sears has basically become a scam company. They take your money and then don't send you the product. Yes, I will be glad to leave a review. I would give you zero stars if that were an option. Sears stinks to high heaven! p.s. I have contacted my bank and placed a dispute for the money I was charged. Maybe then Sears will do something.
