It was a template

It was a template to mount that which I have (a microwave) to the wall. You tape it to the wall, mark your holes, drill your holes and mount the microwave to the wall. Not rocket science. If you can rip off a couple pieces of tape from a roll, tape paper to the wall and use a level, this is the template for you. In the end, your microwave will hang steadfast. If you did it correctly, your food won't fall off your plate when you reheat it.

Very Poor English

I called to cancel the order and was told she who spoke very poor English it would be canceled The next day I received an email the order wa shipped I called again and was told the order WAS canceled Okay! Two days later the order arrived at my home We refused the shipment The driver was not happy Sorry I'm the customer Now I'm waiting for my refund Please send or credit my refund The reason I canceled WAS I WAS SENT AN email it was back ORDERED and SEARS did not know when or if the order would be SHIPPED I ordered the same item on eBay and I received it in three days Thank You Howard J Nielsen 619-977-9744 [email protected]
