Ordered two 8" mower wheels, and they sent two 12" wheels, with temporary stickers on them with the 8" product number. When I called they said they were out of the 8" and so substituted other ones. What on Earth do they think I can do, just shrink them?

Wrong wheel.

Well, although I gave the part number from the owner's manual, the wheel I was sent did not fit my lawnmower. The shaft that receives the axel on the inside of the wheel was 1/4" too long for the wheel to spin. I had to hack saw the excess off, which wasn't easy since there was some kind of flange around the inner circumference of the tire inhibiting the hacksaw blade. Delivery was good, though.

After three different deliveries still never recieved the right part. I finally ordered the part from Amazon. Delivered in three days. Sears has taken a huge step backwards. To bad, because I've been shopping at Sears for forty years. This is why Sears filed bankruptcy! You've lost a customer.

Wrong order again

I ordered wheels for the front of my lawnmower. They are 8 inch wheels and the invoices shows that. However, they sent the larger, back wheels which I didn't need. Going online was the only option they allow. So, I did that. I told them the situation and shared my invoice with them. They sent me a return label or this order and told me they would send the correct wheels. Well, two days ago, I opened the package, and they sent the same wrong wheels! I'm done with these guys. I'm sorry. This really isn't that difficult. This isn't rocket science. Something is wrong with this company.
