Poor Customer Service
Sent wrong part again! No technical knowledge of Craftsman products. Representative said she was sure the lawnmower wheel would fit on the fourth try, but not even close. This company wasted months of my time and failed to help me or offer anything to make up for their incompetence.

Craftman replacement wheels
I have a Craftsman 550 Series Rotary Lawn Mower with a 22' Side Discharge. I needed to replace my tires. I was hesitant about the old part number being replaced with a new number. When I received them, I was surprised to learn that the tires fit perfectly. They are made of thick plastic and should wear well.
