When replacing this gasket, first remove the freezer door, loosen the inner door liner screws and pull out the old gasket. Position the new gasket evenly around the edge of the inner door liner, tighten all liner screws and reinstall the freezer door.

the product is not working properly,
took a while to install, first time doing it but my part was not up to par. Door is not wanting to close because of ill fitting gasket. I thought it might straighten itself. I'm waiting to see.

Hard to get folds out.
Hot blow dryer worked better than hot water. heat gasket and hand form shape.

fairly easy to install after youtube tutorials
Sears repair visit charged $100 to tell me what I already knew - I needed a new gasket. But then told me it would cost $500 for them to install it. Lesson re-learned the hard way, I did the install myself after buying the gasket.

Work it around frame.
Directions were good. I would add that you need to watch the seal reveal on the door frame as you install seal to ensure uniform seal around frame. I did the top half of door first, starting in the middle of the right side and worked the seal into place around the top and down to the left side middle, putting a screw or two loosely into corners to hold things together. I was able to avoid bunching and only had to install seal once.

Installation was time consuming
It was time consuming trying to find the correct part. We no longer have a Sears store any where near here. So finally found the part , it came with small plastic pieces to hold it in place . Started to remove old gasket and it was held in place by screws. We used old screws on new gasket instead of plastic pieces. And now everything works properly.
