• Thermal switch. The thermal switch is located on the back of the wall oven. It trips if the wall oven overheats.

• Control panel. The control panel houses the selection buttons that allow you to choose oven settings and the control display.
• Oven temperature sensor. The oven temperature sensor detects oven temperature and sends the temperature signal to the electronic control board to help maintain set oven temperature.

How to replace the oven door handle on your Kenmore Pro electric wall oven

• Open the oven door and remove the screws that secure each side of the oven door handle to the oven door.
• Position the new oven door handle on the front of the oven door and line up the mounting screw holes with the mounting holes in the oven door.
• Insert the oven door handle mounting screws through the oven door and into the new door handle then tighten the oven door handle mounting screws firmly.
• Close the oven door.
