Common Haier furnace replacement parts
- Burner igniter. The burner igniter lights the gas in the burner to heat the air. You may need to replace the burner igniter if it doesn't heat during ignition.
- Air filter. The air filter traps dust and debris in the air before the air circulates through the heat exchanger. Replace the air filter when it’s dirty or as directed in the owner's manual for your Haier furnace.
- Control thermostat. The control thermostat detects the temperature inside your home and then turns the furnace on and off as needed to maintain the temperature you set. Replace the control thermostat if it isn't detecting temperature correctly, or if it never turns on the furnace.
- Electronic control board. The electronic control board in your Haier furnace controls the fan, heating system and other components. Replace the electronic control board if it doesn't send current to components properly.
How to fix your Haier furnace when it won't work at all
Reset the house circuit breaker for the furnace if it tripped. Shut off electrical power and check the wire harness connections for the control thermostat. Reconnect any loose wires and repair any broken wires. If control thermostat wiring is okay, you'll likely need to have a service technician examine and repair the furnace.
