Parts and accessories that you'll need for your Porter Cable angle grinder

• Sanding disc. The sanding disc smooths rough surfaces and edges.
• Grinding disc. Use the grinding disc to remove unwanted portions on a workpiece.
• Cutting disc. The cutting disc chops off portions of a workpiece that are unneeded.
• Auxiliary handle. The auxiliary handle can be installed on either side or the top of the angle grinder housing to help you control the grinder during grinding.
• Backing disc. The backing disc fits under the sanding disc and supports the sanding disc.

How to install the sanding disc on your Porter Cable angle grinder

• Be sure that the angle grinder is unplugged and that it's cool to the touch.
• Push the hub of the disc nut through the center of the sanding disc.
• Position the backing disc behind the sanding disc and push the disc nut through the backing disc.
• Push the assembled discs on the spindle and thread the disc nut onto the disc nut hub.
• Tighten the disc nut completely down on the spindle.
• Engage the locking pin to lock the spindle in place.
