Definitely inferior service quality

Your representatives do not listen. They make the process extremely difficult. Very dissatisfied with your service Representatives. The process for returning an item is extremely difficult and time-consuming. There are many transfers and no resolutions to the problem. The time it took was extremely long for someone to answer the call. Will not do business with Sears if I do not have to.
