Freezer Lid Hinge and Spring 5303925119

I was thrilled to find the part!!!

One of the hinges broke on our 50 yr old Gibson chest freezer. Thinking I'd have to replace the whole freezer, I decided to Google the part just in case. Searspartsdirect popped up, and you had it.
