Sears is good, GE is not

I am pretty handy DIY'er and found a YouTube video to replace this exact part. The directions were perfect except when you have to "snap the part into place". The GE design is faulty. The part does not just snap in and after 30 minutes of fiddling with it I lost patience and settled for good enough. Plus 1/2 of the retainer tabs broke because they are flimsy and designed poorly.

This is not a reflection on Sears, the order is exactly what was expected.

damaged bezel

A piece of the bezel on our dishwasher broke off so I had to order the whole control panel/with bezel. The bezel on the "new" one we received is visibly damaged and I need to return it. We did not install it.
