Got online and the expert in the chat said he had the part for me when I gave him the model number of the dishwasher. He didn't tell me the name of the part, just sent me the link to pay for it. It arrived and was completely wrong--diameter of the seal was wrong and the thickness of it was wrong. Thought we were dealing with experts who knew sears parts. so I''m out the money paid for the part.

Doesn't fit Kenmore Elite

I should have read the other reviews. This grommet Diverter Motor Seal does not fit Kenmore even though it says it does. The inner circles diameter is too wide. Frustrating to say the least.

Wrong catalog part#

This part is not compatible with Kenmore Elite Model#665.12773K310. Both the outside and inside diameter of the grommet is significantly larger than factory. The correct part number is WPW10195677 which was ordered through another vendor. Based on all the negative reviews regarding this part, Sears should update their parts catalog to reflect the correct part number.

SPD doesn't sell the part separately from a much larger part that is far more costly and labor intensive to replace. I just had a plumber install a floor drain under the dishwasher and I just let it leak.

Weong seal for my dishwasher.

The part is wrong for my dishwasher. The shaft OD is approx. 1/4". This seal ID is approx. 1/2". If your dishwasher has smaller shaft, use WPW10195677 seal. Sears no longer carry this seal. But you can buy it on amazon.com.
