Incorrect parts

I canceled this part the day after I ordered. I followed a parts list but was told on a chat line that the particular list was no longer in service. It was on the parts website. I had originally ordered a replacement hose. Apparently, the part had shipped nearly immediately. I had to send it back but it still cost me over $10.00 in returns. Since I had showed on the chat line the part number, I dont feel I should incur a charge. Never again to order parts on line.
