It doesn't fit the plastic parts
This didn't fit in either plastic part. I was scared to force it because I would have bent the thing, then it wouldn't be any good.

Isn't easy
End piece doesn't snap into place easily and they only had a Right end piece, no Left end piece online. I am not confident shelf will snap in securely

Not what is on the website
Was very careful when ordering Using the model number as these parts are expensive. Ordered exactly was was shown to me on the website for my fridge. Not the right size at all, the shelves are two different lengths and I received the same size twice and of course it does not fit either shelf. they were both too long

Disappointing
The part says I may have to cute it to make it fit. Why did I go through all the work of making sure it'll fit my refrigerator when it won't regardless? Until I cut it, I'm not going to install it, and I plan on sending it back anyway. Maybe someone else will sell me one that fits.

DOES NOT FIT FREEZER
The part number from the diagram says that it is for the freezer door. It is not. It is far too large. Did not get a full refund either. Paid for shipping the wrong part.
