The water inlet valve was very easy to install.
The old valve was leaking and was taken off before the new valve was ordered. When I received it, I went over the installation instructions and it took about five minutes to install.

Easy enough to install, though it could have come with instructions or tips. Came sooner than expected - always a plus. Outlet connector not intuitive (shark bite-like) - leaked first time. Had to go out and buy compression ring and sleeve for supply line.

Refridgerator Water Inlet Valve Assembly
It only takes two tools to replace this Valve Assembly. I think the most trouble is getting the Refrigerator moved out to reach the part location. Turn off the water, disconnect the water supply line; disconnect the water line from the valve that feeds the actual ice maker. Remove the only screw that holds the part in place. Reconnect the ice maker feed line, then hook everything back together. Turn on the water supply and check for any leaks. (this is important!). Then wait for the system to make ice.
