Terrible

After waiting months for a replacement gasket for a 2 year old frost free refrigerator, it arrived folded up in an envelope. It is worse than the one that came with the refrigerator that doesn't seal.The part is crap and shipping is crap. I should not have to defrost a frost free refrigerator...yet here I am. I will never purchase from Sears again.

Horrible service

Never will I order from Sears or Sears parts store . I have had NOTHING but trouble with my refrigerator since getting it. When asked for them to exchange, they don't . When ordering a knew seal it comes packed in a small box which has the seal bent. Not happy at all.
