Not a pleasant DIY job

Acquisition of this part was easy. Installation was difficult. I had to roll the dishwasher over and disassemble the bottom part of the dishwasher to get the old one out. There was stagnant water in the very bottom so when I rolled it over the water came out. I cleaned that up and then I accidently moved the drain line and tore a hole in it so that had to be replaced as well. No home repair is complete without a trip to the store and some swearing. This one had it all. Sears Parts Direct was easy to use and delivered the part as needed. Sadly this part was not the reason my dishwasher wasn't working. My difficulties had nothing to do with the part or Sears Parts Direct.
